Claire O’Sullivan is the author of four novels blending crime, romantic suspense, and Christian themes. Her small-town Whiskey River series includes 'Romance Under Wraps,' 'Silk & Slippers,' and 'Shanghai Road.' Police procedurals are strong which blend both forensics & crime fighting.

Her novels have been published by Elk Lake Publishing, Inc.

She is a member of  Sisters in Crime and ACFW. O’Sullivan was a 2025 finalist for the Eric Hoffer da Vinci Eye Award for Silk & Slippers and won the 2025 ChristLit Award in the Mystery/Suspense category for Romance Under Wraps and Shanghai Road.

She’s also a licensed ham radio operator, worked as a trained Search and Rescue (SAR) volunteer in Josephine County.

She continues to add hours to learning police procedural and forensics through the Maryland Police Training Commission (MPTC) via Officer Virtual Academy.

Her background in forensic science includes training through the National Forensic Science Technology program with Josephine County’s Property Crime Scene Unit.
